- 2 parts of Martingale Cognac
- 1/16 part house made simple syrup
- 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 dash of orange bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
How to make IT
- In a rocks glass, add the house-made simple syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, orange bitters, and Martingale Cognac.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir well until the outside of the glass is chilled.
- Garnish with an orange peel and maraschino cherries.
